■DOWNLOADING & VIEWING PDF FILES

First, try simply clicking on the above download link. If you have any trouble, try following the instructions below.

■Netscape Users

■Internet Explorer / AOL Users

1	Right click on the link to the PDF file.
2	Choose 'Save Link As...' from the menu. This will bring up the save dialogue box.
3	Select the location to where you would like to download the file to.
4	Important: be sure the file extension is .pdf. For example, Netscape will by default name the file extention as .html.
5	Click save.
6	Open the file on your computer. Acrobat Reader will automically open the file.
