■Shipping Date
Shipping process will be initiated after we have received a payment.

・For Items in Stock:
We usually ship our items in stock within 48 hours in week days upon confirmed your payment.

・For items out of stock:
In case the items you ordered are out of stock and we can't accept backorder.

■Taxes
The estimate is not include for duty & tax. Please check it before you import.

■Warranty
If shortages or any difference occur on your order, it must be reported by e-mail taichi@rs-taichi.com within 7 days of receiving your package date.  No adjustments will be made after 7 days.
you may return any unopened merchandise in its original sellable condition.
Simply contact taichi@rs-taichi.com with photo attached prior to returning any product.

Please do not return any products without any notice to us.
We may not be able to response for unauthorized returned items.

For the defective products, If the item you have received is damaged, please contact us by e-mail with photo attached within 30 days so that we may remedy the situation.
