Josh Hayes suffered a rare tipover on the opening lap of Superbike class race 2. He was thankfully unhurt but unable to continue due to a mechanical issue with his bike.

Josh Day has taken to the brand-new #00 Yamalube/Westby Racing Yamaha YZF-R1 like a fish to water. And that metaphor is almost literal with the amount of rain that the new team recruit has faced in his first weekend with the team. Nonplussed by the challenging track conditions, Josh rode smooth, steady, and fast to win the race 1 in Superstock 1000cc class.

Tyler O’Hara finished 2nd in both race 1 and race 2 in the Superstock 1000cc class and now in 2nd position in point standing.
